ProTag is a Windows desktop app for tagging videos, playlists, clips, presentation, statistics, and optional screen/microphone recording. You can install it from the Microsoft Store.

ProTag is built to keep your content on your computer. We do not run ads, analytics, or crash-reporting in the app.

On your device (we do not receive this)

• Video files you open or export
• Tags, playlists, clips, notes, statistics, and settings (stored under your Windows user profile, typically %AppData%\ProTagStudioWindows)
• Recordings you start (saved in your Videos folder or a folder you choose), including microphone and desktop audio if you enable them, and screen capture of the presentation window
• File paths you choose

Uninstalling the Store app does not always delete %AppData% data. Delete that folder yourself if you want it gone.

Microsoft Store purchases (Lifetime, 1-month, 12-month)

Payment, Microsoft account, and Store receipts are handled by Microsoft. We do not receive your card number. Microsoft's policy: https://privacy.microsoft.com

Optional license activation (currently off)

If we later enable key activation, the app may send a license key, a device identifier, and optionally an email to our activation server to check the subscription. That is not active in the current Store build.

Microphone and screen

Used only when you start a recording with those options on. Audio/video are written to local files. We do not stream them to our servers. You can refuse microphone access in Windows Settings.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only if required by law, or with Microsoft for Store commerce, or with a host we use for a future license server.

ProTag is not directed at children under 16.

Depending on where you live (including Switzerland / EU), you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction. Email coachingswuite@protonmail.com. For Store billing, use your Microsoft account.
