Your privacy matters. Here's how we handle your data across ProTag Studio and CoachesFlow.

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the ProTagStudio app on Apple platforms.
2. Data We Process
Depending on which features you use, ProTagStudio may process the following data on your device: • Video and stream content you import, view, tag, annotate, or export • Drawings and analysis overlays (for example arrows, boxes, circles, and spotlight/pitch-circle effects) • Notes, dashboard to-dos, and app settings • Optional Reminders data if you enable Apple Reminders sync • Optional camera/stream configuration information you save in the app This data is primarily stored locally on your device. If iCloud features are enabled, relevant app data may also be stored in your iCloud container using Apple's iCloud/CloudKit services.
3. Permissions
ProTagStudio may request access to: • Camera: to support video and stream capture workflows • Reminders: to sync dashboard to-dos with a reminders list you select • Screen Recording / Screen Capture: to record and export presentation sessions with annotations You can deny or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings, but related features may not function.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
ProTagStudio offers auto-renewable subscriptions managed by Apple via StoreKit and your Apple ID. • We do not receive or store your full payment card details. • Purchase, billing, and subscription management are handled by Apple. • We may process purchase status (for example active/inactive entitlement) to unlock premium features in the app.
5. How We Use Data
We process data to: • Provide core tagging, analysis, presentation, and export functionality • Sync selected to-dos with Apple Reminders when enabled • Determine subscription entitlement status • Maintain app preferences and improve reliability
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared only as needed with Apple services used by the app, including: • App Store / StoreKit for subscriptions and purchase restoration • iCloud / CloudKit when cloud storage is enabled • EventKit (Reminders) when you explicitly enable reminders sync
7. Data Retention
Data created in ProTagStudio is retained until you delete it, remove the app, or disable cloud features. Retention of iCloud and App Store transaction records is subject to Apple's systems and policies.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data processed by the app. However, no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure.
9. Children's Privacy
ProTagStudio is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. International Users
If you use ProTagStudio outside your home country, your data may be processed in accordance with Apple infrastructure and applicable law.
11. Your Choices and Rights
You can: • Control app permissions in system settings • Delete app content from within the app or by uninstalling • Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings • Disable iCloud features from device settings if desired Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable laws.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest changes.
